Limited Lifetime Warranty

Precision 360 Hail stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is designed to give our customers confidence that repairs performed by Precision 360 Hail are backed for as long as the original customer owns or leases the repaired vehicle, subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations outlined below.

When appropriate, Precision 360 Hail repairs hail-damaged vehicle panels using professional Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) techniques. PDR allows qualifying dents to be carefully restored while preserving the vehicle’s existing factory finish.

When hail damage is too severe to be properly repaired using Paintless Dent Repair, additional repair procedures may be necessary. Depending on the authorized repair plan, this may include conventional body repair, panel replacement, refinishing, repainting, replacement parts, or a combination of repair methods.

Our commitment is straightforward:

If a covered defect results from workmanship performed by Precision 360 Hail, we’ll stand behind our work for as long as the original customer owns or leases the vehicle.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Coverage

Precision 360 Hail warrants qualifying repair workmanship performed by Precision 360 Hail for the lifetime of the original customer’s ownership or lease of the repaired vehicle.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the specific vehicle, panels, and areas repaired by Precision 360 Hail and covers qualifying defects directly attributable to our workmanship.

Coverage begins on the date the covered repair is completed and continues until the original customer:

  • Sells the vehicle
  • Transfers ownership of the vehicle
  • Trades the vehicle
  • Returns or otherwise terminates a lease
  • Otherwise ceases to own or lease the vehicle

This warranty is provided exclusively to the original Precision 360 Hail customer and is not transferable to subsequent owners or lessees.

Paintless Dent Repair Workmanship

Precision 360 Hail specializes in professional Paintless Dent Repair for automotive hail damage.

When PDR is appropriate, our technicians use specialized tools, professional lighting systems, and precision repair techniques to restore qualifying hail dents without unnecessarily sanding, filling, or repainting the damaged panel.

Precision 360 Hail warrants the workmanship of qualifying Paintless Dent Repairs against defects caused by the PDR services we performed for as long as the original customer owns or leases the vehicle.

This coverage applies specifically to conditions determined to have resulted from defective workmanship performed by Precision 360 Hail.

It does not cover new damage, unrelated damage, pre-existing conditions, subsequent impacts, or other conditions outside the control of Precision 360 Hail.

Conventional Repairs and Refinishing

Not every hail-damaged panel can be properly restored using Paintless Dent Repair.

Severe dents, compromised paint, stretched metal, damaged components, or other conditions may require conventional body repair, refinishing, repainting, replacement parts, or panel replacement.

When these repairs are performed or arranged by Precision 360 Hail as part of the authorized hail damage repair, Precision 360 Hail warrants its qualifying workmanship under this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Coverage for paint, refinishing materials, replacement parts, and other products may also be subject to separate manufacturer, supplier, paint-system, or third-party warranties.

Where a separate manufacturer or supplier warranty applies, the terms and limitations of that warranty may govern the particular product or material.

Replacement Parts

Replacement parts installed as part of a Precision 360 Hail repair may carry warranties provided by the applicable manufacturer, distributor, or supplier.

Precision 360 Hail’s Limited Lifetime Warranty covers our qualifying workmanship associated with the installation of those parts.

The part itself remains subject to any applicable manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty, including its terms, limitations, and exclusions.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not extend the manufacturer’s warranty period for a replacement part unless expressly stated in writing by Precision 360 Hail.

What the Limited Lifetime Warranty Covers

Subject to the terms and limitations of this warranty, Precision 360 Hail will address qualifying workmanship defects directly resulting from covered repairs performed by Precision 360 Hail.

Covered workmanship may include:

  • Paintless Dent Repair performed by Precision 360 Hail
  • Qualifying conventional body repair performed by Precision 360 Hail
  • Installation workmanship associated with covered replacement parts
  • Qualifying refinishing or repainting workmanship performed by or for Precision 360 Hail as part of the authorized repair
  • Other covered repair workmanship specifically identified on the original Precision 360 Hail repair documentation

Coverage applies only when Precision 360 Hail determines that the reported condition resulted from covered workmanship associated with the original repair.

What the Limited Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover

The Precision 360 Hail Limited Lifetime Warranty is a workmanship warranty. It is not insurance against future vehicle damage, normal deterioration, manufacturer defects, or conditions unrelated to the original repair.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Previous hail damage not included in the original repair
  • Previous collision damage
  • Previous bodywork or refinishing performed by another repair facility
  • New hail damage occurring after the Precision 360 Hail repair
  • New door dings or dents
  • Collision or impact damage occurring after the repair
  • Scratches, chips, abrasions, or other new surface damage
  • Vandalism
  • Theft
  • Fire
  • Flood
  • Severe weather or environmental damage
  • Road debris
  • Rock chips
  • Rust or corrosion unrelated to Precision 360 Hail’s workmanship
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Factory paint defects
  • Failure of original vehicle components
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Normal aging or deterioration of the vehicle or its finish
  • Damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage resulting from modifications or alterations made after the repair
  • Repairs performed by another repair facility without prior authorization from Precision 360 Hail
  • Damage caused by chemicals, contaminants, environmental fallout, or other outside influences
  • Conditions unrelated to work performed by Precision 360 Hail

The existence of a condition within an area previously repaired by Precision 360 Hail does not automatically establish that the condition is covered.

Precision 360 Hail must be given an opportunity to inspect the vehicle and determine whether the condition resulted from covered workmanship.

New Hail Damage Is Not Covered

The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers Precision 360 Hail’s workmanship.

It does not cover new hail damage.

If the vehicle is damaged by another hailstorm after the original repair, that damage constitutes a new event and is not a warranty claim against the previous repair.

Precision 360 Hail can inspect the new damage and help determine the appropriate repair process.

Subsequent Collision or Impact Damage

If a panel previously repaired by Precision 360 Hail is later involved in a collision, struck by another object, damaged by a door ding, or otherwise subjected to a new impact, the resulting condition is not covered under this warranty.

New physical damage can alter the metal, paint, refinishing materials, parts, or previous repair area.

Any repair required as a result of that subsequent event is considered a new repair.

Paint and Refinishing Coverage

When conventional refinishing is necessary as part of an authorized Precision 360 Hail repair, qualifying workmanship associated with that refinishing is covered under this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

However, coverage does not extend to deterioration or failure caused by circumstances unrelated to Precision 360 Hail’s workmanship.

This may include manufacturer paint defects, pre-existing paint conditions, stone chips, scratches, environmental contamination, improper maintenance, subsequent damage, or normal deterioration.

Paint products and refinishing materials may also carry separate warranties from their respective manufacturers or suppliers.

Manufacturer Warranties

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is provided by Precision 360 Hail for covered workmanship performed as part of our repair.

It does not replace, extend, modify, or supersede warranties provided by the vehicle manufacturer, parts manufacturer, paint manufacturer, supplier, or another third party.

Factory paint, corrosion protection, vehicle components, replacement parts, and other products may remain subject to their respective manufacturers’ warranty terms.

Insurance Repairs

The fact that a repair was performed as part of an insurance claim does not reduce Precision 360 Hail’s commitment to its workmanship.

The insurance carrier determines claim coverage and payment according to the customer’s policy.

Precision 360 Hail’s Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to qualifying workmanship performed by Precision 360 Hail regardless of whether the original repair was customer-paid or completed as part of an applicable insurance claim, provided all other warranty requirements are satisfied.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe there is a problem with a repair performed by Precision 360 Hail, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Warranty Assistance: (325) 268-8787

Please provide:

  • Your name
  • Vehicle year, make, and model
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), if requested
  • Approximate date of the original repair
  • Description of the concern
  • Original Precision 360 Hail repair invoice or other requested repair documentation

We may also request photographs or other information to help us understand the concern before the vehicle is inspected.

Keep Your Repair Documentation

PLEASE KEEP YOUR PRECISION 360 HAIL REPAIR INVOICE AND RELATED REPAIR DOCUMENTATION.

Your repair documentation helps establish what work Precision 360 Hail performed, when the repair was completed, and which areas of the vehicle were included.

Proof of the original repair may be required before warranty coverage can be confirmed.

If sufficient documentation cannot be provided and Precision 360 Hail cannot otherwise verify the original repair, warranty coverage may be denied.

Warranty Inspection

Submitting a warranty claim does not automatically mean that the reported condition is covered.

Precision 360 Hail must be provided a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle and determine:

  • Whether the affected area was originally repaired by Precision 360 Hail
  • Whether the reported condition resulted from our workmanship
  • Whether subsequent damage has occurred
  • Whether another repair facility has altered the affected area
  • Whether the condition falls within the terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty

Precision 360 Hail may use photographs, repair records, vehicle history, physical inspection, diagnostic information, or other reasonable information when evaluating a warranty claim.

Precision 360 Hail’s Right to Correct the Repair

Precision 360 Hail must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct a covered warranty condition before repairs are performed by another repair facility.

Do not authorize another repair facility to perform work related to a potential Precision 360 Hail warranty claim without first contacting Precision 360 Hail and receiving authorization.

If a customer authorizes another facility to repair or alter the affected area before Precision 360 Hail has an opportunity to inspect the condition, our ability to determine the original cause may be compromised.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, Precision 360 Hail is not responsible for unauthorized repairs, expenses, charges, or services performed by another facility.

Repairs at Another Facility

In some circumstances, Precision 360 Hail may determine that having an authorized outside repair facility perform the corrective work is appropriate.

Any outside warranty repair must receive prior authorization from Precision 360 Hail.

Precision 360 Hail will not automatically reimburse repairs performed by another facility without prior authorization.

If outside repair is authorized, Precision 360 Hail will establish the approved repair procedure, scope, facility, and applicable cost before work begins.

Warranty Remedy

If Precision 360 Hail determines that a condition is covered under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, we will determine the appropriate method for correcting the covered workmanship defect.

Depending on the circumstances, that may include:

  • Re-performing the applicable repair
  • Correcting the affected repair area
  • Refinishing an applicable area
  • Reinstalling or correcting an applicable component
  • Replacing an applicable covered component when appropriate
  • Authorizing an outside repair facility
  • Taking another reasonable corrective action necessary to address the covered workmanship defect

Precision 360 Hail’s obligation under this Limited Lifetime Warranty is limited to correcting covered defects attributable to qualifying workmanship performed by Precision 360 Hail.

Non-Transferable Warranty

This Limited Lifetime Warranty belongs to the original Precision 360 Hail customer for the repaired vehicle.

It does not transfer with the vehicle.

Warranty coverage terminates when the original customer:

  • Sells the vehicle
  • Trades the vehicle
  • Transfers ownership
  • Terminates or returns a leased vehicle
  • Otherwise ceases to own or lease the vehicle

A subsequent owner does not receive the remaining warranty coverage of the original customer unless Precision 360 Hail expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Warranty

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to qualifying workmanship performed by Precision 360 Hail and only under the conditions described in this warranty.

It does not guarantee that the vehicle will remain free from future dents, hail damage, collision damage, paint damage, corrosion, manufacturer defects, environmental damage, normal deterioration, or other conditions unrelated to Precision 360 Hail’s workmanship.

Any additional rights or remedies available to a customer under applicable federal, state, or local law are not intended to be restricted by this warranty where such restrictions are prohibited.
