As a member of our field team, you’ll help identify hail-damaged vehicles, introduce vehicle owners to Precision 360 Hail, explain our professional hail repair process and available programs, and schedule free hail damage inspections with our team.
Top-performing representatives can earn $2,000–$4,000+ per week, with the potential to earn up to $1,000 in a day. This is a commission-only opportunity, so earnings are performance-based and are not guaranteed.
What You’ll Do
Your job is to connect hail-damaged vehicle owners with Precision 360 Hail and help them take the first step toward getting their vehicle repaired.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify vehicles with visible hail damage
- Distribute approved Precision 360 Hail marketing materials in permitted areas
- Speak with vehicle owners about Precision 360 Hail and our repair process
- Explain our free hail damage inspection
- Introduce customers to available services such as insurance claims assistance and qualifying deductible assistance
- Schedule free inspection appointments for interested vehicle owners
- Represent Precision 360 Hail professionally in the community
- Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate
You don’t need to be an expert in hail damage repair when you start.
We’ll train you.
What we’re looking for is someone who’s comfortable approaching people, communicates well, stays motivated, and isn’t afraid to put in the work.
